nice thing yesterday (kasi i just woke up and pasimula palang ang araw ko today…) : dinner at dampa (near mall of asia) last night with officemates. our treat to our admin assistants

only 11 people shared this much food...

the underground river at puerto princesa, palawan

while we were inside, syempre kaming lahat atat mag take ng pictures!!! hay…. nakakapagsisi. bakit? considering na bago ang camera ko at hindi pa kami close, i was most of the time stressed on how to use it, i think i missed the higlights while i fumbled on how to use it and hide it kasi madaming tumutulo na tubig. i was not able to enjoy the beauty of it as i should have… the moment na sabihin ng boatman/tourguide na to your left you will see the, blah blah… click! click! click! na agad maririnig mo. then… i realized i’m not enjoying the tour and i’m missing the experience. i restarined myself from using my camera and just listened and allowed myself to be awed by it (pero me photos pa rin ako na konti, hehehe ).

at the end of the river tour, most of us wanted to go back in, take the tour again and just watch and enjoy it, without taking any pictures… pero importante i believe is we didn’t miss its beauty and the fact that the underground river truly is a wonder of the world!!!

unsolicited advise : if you will go there and take the tour. suggest you first enjoy the experience, set your camera aside and take few and quality ones only.

nice thing today : working from home …. sarap! honestly i feel i am more productive when i do this.

sharing the puerto princesa experience! i will not bore you guys with the dragging pero masayang kwento namin sa palawan.

sweet and short version nalang… which goes — we booked the flight 2 months prior to may 1 and booked the hotel only 2 weeks before. april 29 it started to rain and we left manila with hopes na hindi totoo ang prediction and forecast na umuulan sa palawan. believe it or not… tumama ang forecast ni pagasa, umuulan dun. but still the weather took pity on us and during the times we were at the beach and the underground river, it ceased to rain and we enjoyed some sun kahit papano.

nice thing today : back in the battlefield with my good friends. loved the laughs and loved the brain and wit battles

off for a vacation

sa wakas! i’m off for a vacation! time to be away from the stress the battles and to be friends and think about nothing but fun and exploring the new place. a chance to relax! when was the last time nga ba na dumayo ako for a vacation? – a year ago for subic with family. a short one but a nice and restful time.

sigh... a long time...

so today we are off for a vacation in palawan. we’re packed and ready to go!
