warning : me mga spoilers ang post na to. not for those who have not watched but is planning to watch.

this movie is about the many faces of rejection. totoo.
it is a story about several people both single and in a relationship, a story about a couple in a 7year relationship where the girl wanted marriage and the guy does not believe in one, about a married couple’s slide to growing apart and about 5 single people’s confusion and quest on being single and in the whole duration of the movie, i lost count on how many times both the men and women got rejected in this movie.
nakakapagod. sabi nga ng charater ni drew :
I had this guy leave me a voicemail at work, so I called him at home, and then he emailed me to my BlackBerry, and so I texted to his cell, and now you just have to go around checking all these different portals just to get rejected by seven different technologies. It’s exhausting.
sad diba? but nevertheless i liked the movie. siguro kasi most of the times, misy of the time i know the signs of rejection and i try, as in try, try, try to take them gracefully. pero of course i have my share of gigi-moments too when i was younger. gigi is ginnifer goodwyn’s characther who never gets tired of being rejected! since i went to see this film with girl friends – lahat kami gusto namin sya upakan sa sobrang hopeful and stupid ng character nya. hahahaha! everytime me scene sya, my friend and i will whisper “oh no… oh no… ano na naman ang kagagahan mo ngayon?”, and the other friend even threathen to walk out of the film saying, “sorry, hindi ko kinakaya ang kahihiyan nya!”. nakakatawa ang movie at nakakatawa ang mga reactions namin
nakakapagod panoorin ang movie, but when they played the song – somewhere only we know by keane (big fan ako ng singer na to), i started to feel good at the end of it.
feel good movie ba sya? para sa akin — oo, kasi at the same time it made you realize how at one (or maybe a hundred) point in your life we, at least my friends and i acted like them and you realize, you shouldn’t have kasi nakakahiya pala yun
for me, best part of the movie is justin long as alex
