i went to a training last week and had a really nice time learning, networking with co-leagues and some personal realizations too. one interesting realization is that i am under energy crisis pala. why so?

- i am always in a hurry
- i often skip breakfast and only eat just beacuse i have to
- i do not get the usual 8 to 10 hours of sleep
- i do not have regular cardio workouts or exercise
- i have no specific wellness activity
- and the list goes on and on…
meron steps naman to follow para overcome ang mga ito. when i was younger, i would get bored sa office and wished i have more cramming and crunchtimes. i like the adrenaline and pressure. but now, i think i have had more than enough and i only wanted some slack time… some more me time… time to enjoy the things i like best.
